VERY URGENT... Senior shepherd at Mt Pleasant needs rescue

Mt Pleasant has a senior Shepherd believed to be around 10 yrs old. He is VERY, VERY sweet. He was out in freezing weather for a couple of days before being picked up as a stray. This poor dog really deserves a second chance....
