Special Case - Euthanasia Date Tuesday, Sept 12th.

This sweet boy and is such a unique color!  He is a year old, Labrador mix who weighs about 29lbs.  He is heart worm negative!!  He came in covered with ticks and fleas, which we have treated.  His hair is beginning to look shinier and much better than the day he came in J  We are hoping that someone can help him so he can have a happy ending!  Please don’t let this poor boy get euthanized because he was cruelly treated for no reason!!  He still has faith in humanity, please show him that it is not in vain!

The City of Dallas municipal judge who handles animal cruelty seizure cases has ruled that this poor dog was treated cruelly, and he awarded custody to Dallas Animal Services.  Yet, despite all this sad fellow has been through, the court ordered that he be euthanized next Tuesday, Sept. 12, unless a rescue steps up and saves his life. 

Several of us have been working for years to get the City of Dallas to simply follow State law and award custody to DAS without exclusions or deadlines—and not make life-and-death decisions from the bench based on recommendations by the City prosecutor.   In the meantime, though, animals like this poor boy are given just days to be rescued—or face death after a lifetime of suffering. 

REMEMBER HE ONLY HAS UNTIL THE 12^TH TO GET RESCUED PER COURT ORDER!

This is a basset hound mix named Shiloh.  He is about a year old.  He is adorable!!!  He will chase his tail and just wants attention.  When you first meet him he is a little fearful but once he gets to know ya he warms up.  He just needs someone who can help him gain some confidence!  Please help this boy!!!

This is a female 3 year old german shepherd.  She is very skinny and only weighs 41.8lbs.  She is a sweet girl and needs to go asap.  She has come down with an upper respiratory infection and would recover much quicker in a home J

This pup is not quite a poodle but she is still fluffy and cute!  She is a 2 year old maltese mix who weighs 5.6lbs.  She is very nervous in the kennels but is sweet once you spend some time with her.  She is available to pull asap!  This one had been tagged but the group came to evaluate and this dog could not go to the home they had available. She was just a little too fearful and would not have been a good fit.  She is just a little shy, she would do well once in a home.

This is a tan neutered male miniature poodle who weighs about 12.8lbs.  He has been shaved and has a possible knee injury that would need more medical attention.  He is available to pull asap!

This is a 3 year old male miniature poodle who weighs about 20lbs.  He has been shaved, unfortunately I do not have an updated picture of him.  He has multiple areas of petichiation caused by ticks and fleas and his right testicle is crypt in groin.  He is available to pull asap!

This girl is named Saline.  She is about 3 years old and has had two adorable little girls.  They need your help!!  We were hoping to put her in our adoption program then one day we walked in and she had given birth to two sweet babies.  She was being such a good mom that we are hoping someone can help her and her girls!!!!

This is a shepherd mix, he is about 1 year old.  This boy is still here!!  He is so sweet and completely of his upper respiratory infection!!!  He was tied up, tangled and endangered of being hurt when a hero saved him!  Now he needs another hero to help him find his happy ending!!!

This boy is a 7 year old terrier mix.  When he came in he was a little stressed with being in the kennels.  He now will come up to you and wag his tail begging to be taken home.  He is super sweet and needs a happy ending!

This little boy who came in having a seizure is still here!  He is so loving now and all he wants is for someone to love him back!!!
