Puppies and Kittens can get sick quickly at city shelters. They are too young to go into boarding facilities so we can only save them with foster parents available. Please let us know if you can foster puppies and kittens! Mommas and nursing babies also need a foster home. Contact jim@pawsinthecity.org for more information!
