ADDITIONAL INFO: owner surrender...RESCUE ONLY..owner says she's been fearful entire life. "Pepper is a good girl, house trained, crate trained, hw negative, spayed, one family for her whole life of 4 years, they have taken her to dog training (Petsmart) to try and work with the fear issues, but they have a 9 month old baby and the dog has not adjusted well to the baby. Pepper does get along very well with their 9 year old son, and has never had problems with him. I have all her supplies (crate, bed, blue buffalo food, toys, etc) and will be happy to send all these with her, if there is a rescue who has the resources to place her in a loving and understanding new home. She looks like she may be a mix of corgi and mini aussie or aussie. She is terrified here, as I told the owners she would be.
